Give employees and subcontractors access to your company’s available digital tools, organized by project. Choose who has access and set when that access ends.
Company plans are coming soon. Tell me about your team and you’ll hear first when they open.
Adding or rotating people does not create a per-seat charge. Your written company quote lists the available tools, project access and support included before you accept a plan. Tools marked “Coming soon” are not included in today’s purchase.
How the workspace works
Your company manages the projects. Each person keeps their own account.
1
Set up your company
Choose the plan and tools your company needs. Name the administrators who will manage the workspace.
2
Organize each project toolbox
Select the available tools for that project and assign its people. Access to one project does not automatically open another.
3
Keep crews moving
Set access end dates, review extension requests, and extend several assignments at once. A person’s account and individual purchases stay with them.
Example company workspace
Different projects. Different access.
A biologist can work on more than one project or for more than one company. Each assignment has its own tools and dates.
Example Environmental Company
Painted Mesa Wind Energy Project
Assigned crew · Selected tools · Access end dates
Another company project
Its own crew · Its own tools · Its own dates
Illustrative example. No project or customer account is created.
Tell us what your team needs
Request a company quote
A company plan or a practice workspace using available tools. Share a few details about your team and we’ll follow up by email.
No payment or account is required to request a quote. Sending this form does not start a subscription or give anyone project access.
No. They can use their own individual accounts with approved access to the projects you assign. A company plan is for a firm that wants to manage its own workspace and tools.
Can contractors see all of our tools?
Project collaborators receive the toolboxes and tools delegated to their assignments. Joining one project does not automatically give them access to every company tool or project.
What happens when access expires?
The project assignment ends. The person’s account and individual purchases remain. Online access dates do not recall files or offline copies that were already downloaded.
Can we try a company workspace first?
Ask for a 30-day practice workspace in the quote form. It uses sample people and a sample toolbox, separate from your real projects.
Is every tool available offline?
No. Offline availability varies by tool and may require a download beforehand. Check the instructions for each tool.
Which tools are included?
Your company quote lists the tools currently available for your plan. Administrators assign the available tools to project groups and manage each person’s access. Tools marked “Coming soon” are not included in today’s purchase.
